Health is real wealth.

Diana’s healing journey and spiritual awakening started in 2013. After a car accident, rare autoimmune diagnosis, and food sensitivities came crashing down on her, she went from daily headaches, chronic back pain, and anxiety to the strongest, healthiest, most energized she’s ever been in 3 short years.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing and holistic nutrition were the tools she used to manage her pain, and over time, heal completely and now is passionate about sharing these healing tools with others.

There is Beauty in the struggle

There were dark days when Diana’s life was quite literally falling apart. Anxiety and depression lingered as she sifted through eastern and western medicine practices figuring out what worked for her. She tried everything there was to feel better. Ultimately, she learned there’s not just one “right” way to heal. Healing is a scary, messy, and difficult process that she needed to figure out for herself. It taught her to find beauty in the struggle.

Her pain became her purpose!

Self-Leadership is the Foundation

As she healed her body and mindset, she learned she wanted to be self-employed too. She wanted the freedom of being her own boss. The idea of working for herself appealed to her adventurous, independent and ambitious nature.

As an entrepreneur since 2016, she now understands the demands that come with the calling. As a highly sensitive woman, she’s learned to work with her cycle and embrace her masculine and feminine energy (that we all have within us) and utilize it in her business. She’s taking better care of herself. She’s listening to the natural ebbs and flow of her energy. She’s resting more. She’s doing less of what drains her energy to do more of what gives her energy. She’s focused on prioritizing what matters most. She’s writing her own definition of success. She understands and nurtures her body, cyclic nature, intuition and mindset. She knows she’s made for this.

She’s become an expert in compassionate leadership, yoga and holistic healing. She has thousands of hours of teaching experience. She’s been practicing yoga, breathwork, meditation and holistic healing for the past decade. She’s a former elementary school teacher, nanny and have an obsession with psychology, creating healthy habits and encouraging humans to reach their greatest potential. She’s spent six figures and countless hours on trainings, coaches, certifications, workshops, and classes. She’s a lifelong learner and investing in herself is a non-negotiable!
