Hi, I’m Diana Steven.

Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach and advocate for self-healing. I’m a natural born teacher and leader in the wellness world. And it’s an honor to be sharing my he{art}with you.

I care A LOT about people. I’m passionate about helping people like you feel better in body and mind and connect to your he{art}.

I teach a simpler, more effective approach to wellness — Wellness through Wholeness.

Health is real wealth.

My healing journey started in 2013, after a car accident, rare autoimmune diagnosis, and food sensitivities hit me. I went from daily headaches, chronic back pain, depression and anxiety to the strongest, healthiest, full of energy and inspired to live my best life.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing and holistic nutrition were the tools I used to manage my pain, and over time, heal for good.
